The Design
We designed this t-shirt to reflect the fine subtleties a person notices in couture garments. Wear this t-shirt with a fine Italian suit, in place of a cotton dress shirt. It might not have french cuffs, but it's made of a softer, much more luxurious fabric than your dress shirts, and is moisture-wicking, leaving you cooler on the summer days you have to suit up. And like your suit with its fine houndstooth patterning or real horn buttons, the Black Tusk t-shirt proves the devil's in the details.
Each shirt is laboriously hand-quilted in a diamond pattern - a complex procedure as merino wool isn't a rigid material - making this shirt entirely unique and ostensibly expensive to make for anyone other than artisan designers. The combination of superfine merino wool and silk also lends to an uncommon sheen in the fabric, much like a more subtle version of mercerization.

Care Instructions
The use of merino allows for minimal washes, much like selvedge denim. This means you can go for months without washing, and indeed we have with our test samples (we‘ve even gone over a year without noticing an odour). For optimal care, hand wash or wash on cold delicate cycle and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash warm or hot. Do not tumble dry.
